Joliet was a convenient stop on our way to Decatur, Indiana where we were scheduled to have work done on the coach.
We were very lucky our friends Alice and Gary McGregor in nearby Naperville had time for a visit. We had a lovely time on their deck, catching up as if we’d seen each other last week [it actually had been 6(?) years] and then feasted on a home-cooked meal.
We took a breather from sightseeing and caught up on some (but not all, the blog continues to lag behind) paperwork.
We enjoyed exploring a nearby park (there were geocaches nearby).
