We learned many things during the three years it took to execute our decision to sell the house and become full-time RVers.
- Almost everything takes longer than one would think. Three or four days of estate sales stretched to 13.
- Piano buyers use fiction to show sellers their instruments are inferior. “Pressure ridges”, for example, do not reduce the value of an instrument.
- Things in a house should be purchased without thought of appreciation. Finding someone who has taste similar to one’s own is a difficult proposition.
Memories are portable and things are just things, but we will miss our good friends on the Treasure Coast. The house on River Hammock was a wonderful home and the property was a treasure.
The world is full of beautiful places. We are ready to see them and hope that you will come along with us through this blog.
