We learned many things during the three years it took to execute our decision to sell the house and become full-time RVers.

  1.  Almost everything takes longer than one would think.  Three or four days of estate sales stretched to 13.
  2. Piano buyers use fiction to show sellers their instruments are inferior.  “Pressure ridges”, for example, do not reduce the value of an instrument.
  3. Things in a house should be purchased without thought of appreciation.  Finding someone who has taste similar to one’s own is a difficult proposition.

Memories are portable and things are just things, but we will miss our good friends on the Treasure Coast.  The house on River Hammock was a wonderful home and the property was a treasure.

The world is full of beautiful places.  We are ready to see them and hope that you will come along with us through this blog.
