We chose the Wild Golf and RV Resort because it was within a reasonable drive of the total eclipse. The sites were generous and locals seemed to appreciate the restaurant and bar, but the resort itself won’t win any awards. Still, we were a stone’s throw from the Missouri River and within an easy drive of Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs, IA. We were satisfied.

August 1, 2022 Rock of Ages began quarrying Barre granite at Smith Quarry near Barre, Vermont in 1880.
